Yep, checked wikipedia which tends to confirm my thoughts that not all apple ][e supported double high res, it required an upgrade offered by Apple. Off of the top of my, I honestly can only think of one game that supported double high res, Sierra's King's Quest which also had a lower res version, so. It intermixes calls to SDL throughout the emulation core making it a non-trivial port.Hardly any games use double high res, and IIRC most of them also support the 'normal' resolutions as well.
